6 cl white rum Imperial SAINT JAMES 3 cl lime juice 7 mint leaves Carbonated water (Perrier , salvetat) 2 cl cane syrup SAINT JAMES
Make the recipe ”Mojito” directly into the glass. Place the mint leaves in the glass, add sugar and lemon juice. Mash thoroughly to express the essence of the mint but without the grind. Add rum, fill the glass half with ice and top up with soda water. Mix gently and serve with a straw. Serve in a glass type ”tumbler”.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a slice of lemon. Preferably uses fresh lime juice (pressed ). Although the original recipe does not contain angostura, you can add a few drops to make it a little drier.
