Ingredients / for 6 persons

1 kg of sausage 1 large can peeled tomatoes in juice 2 onions 2 cloves garlic 2 tablespoons olive oil teaspoon thyme or 1 branch 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper powder

Preparation

Prepare all ingredients: chop the garlic, cut the onions into small pieces, sausage into pieces 4 cm long and the tomatoes without too much drain. In a frying pan with high sides or a saucepan, brown the sliced onions and chopped garlic. Add the sausage and make very lightly saute for 1 minute. Add the tomatoes and mix. Cook on medium heat. Add spices and salt and pepper.

To finish

Mix until the mixture becomes mushy.
